How it works
For a staffing firm, the economics are simple: a US recruiter's loaded cost against an offshore seat that does the sourcing, screening and coordination while the US side keeps the client relationship and the close. For an employer, it is the same trade against an internal talent-acquisition hire.
We work inside your ATS — Ceipal, JobDiva, Bullhorn, Zoho Recruit or your own — under your brand and your templates. Candidates experience your company, not ours. You see the pipeline in the system you already run, not in a weekly spreadsheet.
We price either per seat or per qualified submission. Per seat suits steady requisition flow; per submission suits lumpy demand and transfers the risk of a quiet month to us.
Choosing the right model
When another model fits better
RPO will not fix a weak client relationship or a requisition nobody can fill at the rate on offer. If the problem is the rate card or the client's interview process, more sourcing volume just produces more rejections faster.
Questions
Recruitment process outsourcing
- Do you work under our brand or yours?
- Yours, by default. Candidates see your name, your email domain and your templates. We are your back office, not a visible third party in the process.
- Per seat or per submission — which should we take?
- Per seat if your requisition flow is steady, because the cost per submission drops once a recruiter knows your accounts. Per submission if demand is lumpy, because then the quiet months cost you nothing.
- Who owns the candidates?
- You do. Candidates sourced for you stay yours, with a non-circumvention clause in both directions. We do not market your candidates to anyone, including our own clients.
- Which ATS can you work in?
- Ceipal, JobDiva, Bullhorn, Zoho Recruit and most mainstream systems. Licences and sourcing tool seats are usually yours, which keeps the cost transparent — we will tell you what we need before we start.
