Open roles
Five roles open, all remote, all four to five years. We place engineers into client teams, so the work is somebody else's codebase — that suits some people and not others, and it is worth knowing which you are before you apply.
What the job actually is
You would be employed by Skydream Digital and work inside a client team — their repository, their sprint, their code review standard, their technical lead. It is not agency work where you move every few weeks: our longest placement is four years with the same client, and we treat a short tenure as a failure on our side.
The part worth being honest about is hours. Our clients are in the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, Canada and the UAE, and every engagement carries an agreed overlap with their working day. For US accounts that usually means a later start. If a fixed 9-to-6 matters to you, this is the wrong employer and we would rather you knew now.
You will be interviewed by the client before you start. That is their risk control and it is also yours — you get to see the team and the work before you commit.

Roughly one applicant in twelve is accepted, which is the same ratio we publish to clients on how we vet. Expect a technical assessment on the actual stack, reviewed by an engineer who works in it, then a conversation about overlap and communication held in a client’s working hours rather than ours.
