How it works
If offshore capacity is going to be permanent, owning it eventually costs less than renting it. Build-operate-transfer gets you there without spending the first eighteen months on incorporation, recruiting, compliance, facilities and payroll in a country you do not operate in.
We recruit to your bar, run the team under our employment and our security controls, and plan the transfer from the beginning: which entity, which date, which people, what it costs. The transfer terms are in the first contract, not negotiated once you are dependent.
This is the structure behind most of the captive centres large firms run in India. It is available well below that scale — a team of eight is enough to justify it.

Below about eight people the overhead does not pay back, and under three years the transfer never happens. If offshore is a trial rather than a direction, start with a pod and revisit.

All-inclusive and indicative, shown so you can compare us against a local hire. Monthly figures assume 160 hours a month and the same for the day-rate markets, so the two always reconcile. Engagements are contracted as a monthly capacity fee or a fixed-scope deliverable, with our own delivery lead accountable for the outcome — see engagement models. There is no setup fee, no recruitment fee and no management surcharge.

Build, operate, transfer
- When does transfer make financial sense?
- Usually from around eight to ten people and a three-year horizon. Below that, renting is cheaper than owning and we will say so.
- Do we have to transfer?
- No. Many clients stay in the operate phase indefinitely. The point of fixing the terms early is that the choice stays yours rather than becoming a renegotiation.
