How it works
Some work should not be staffed by the hour. A migration, an integration, a rebuild of one module, a compliance deadline — these have a shape, and once the shape is agreed it is better for you if we carry the delivery risk rather than bill you for discovering it.
Every fixed-scope engagement starts with a paid discovery of one to two weeks. That produces the scope, the acceptance criteria, the architecture decisions and the price. If you walk away after discovery you keep the document — it is useful to whoever does the work.
This is also the structure that keeps the engagement unambiguous in the UK, Europe and Australia: a genuine contract for services with our own lead in charge, priced on outcome rather than on hours.

Fixed scope needs a stable target. If the requirements are genuinely being discovered as you go, a pod is honest and a fixed price is a fiction that one of us will pay for.

All-inclusive and indicative, shown so you can compare us against a local hire. Monthly figures assume 160 hours a month and the same for the day-rate markets, so the two always reconcile. Engagements are contracted as a monthly capacity fee or a fixed-scope deliverable, with our own delivery lead accountable for the outcome — see engagement models. There is no setup fee, no recruitment fee and no management surcharge.

- What if the scope changes?
- It gets priced and you approve it. We do not absorb scope silently and then negotiate at the end, which is the usual failure of fixed-price work.
- How accurate is the fixed price?
- Accurate because discovery is paid and real. A vendor quoting a fixed price off a one-page brief is guessing, and the guess is always protected by a change-request process.
