For staffing and recruiting firms

Your offshore partner, invisible to your clients

You keep the client relationship, the rate card and the close. We run sourcing, screening, coordination, bench marketing and the back office — on your systems, under your brand, on your clock.

The arithmetic

Why firms do this

A US recruiter costs a multiple of an offshore seat, and a large part of the role — sourcing, screening, formatting submissions, chasing interviews, keeping the VMS current — does not require being in the US. Moving that work offshore lets your US staff spend their day on client relationships and closes, which is the part that cannot be moved.

The failure mode is not cost, it is quality: a desk that produces volume without judgement buries your team in unqualified submissions. That is why we screen recruiters on call quality and written English as hard as on sourcing technique, and why every desk is measured against a scorecard agreed before it starts.

What stays yours

  • The client relationship and the commercial terms
  • Your ATS, your data, your candidates
  • Your brand in every candidate interaction
  • Non-circumvention in both directions, in writing

Four services

  • Recruitment process outsourcing

A sourcing and screening function on your ATS, in your brand, running on your clock.

Per dedicated seat monthly, or per qualified submission

    How this works

Qualified submissions per recruiter, per day
    4–6 once ramped
    Ramp to full productivity
    3 weeks
    Submit-to-interview target
    agreed per account, reported weekly
  • Dedicated offshore recruiters

Named recruiters assigned to your desk, full-cycle or sourcing-only, on your hours.

    Per recruiter, monthly

    How this works

    Ramp
    3 weeks to scorecard
    Sourcing-only output
    25–40 screened profiles per day
    Full-cycle output
    4–6 qualified submissions per day
  • Staffing back office

Timesheets, invoicing, collections, compliance paperwork and VMS administration — off your desk.

Per seat monthly, or per transaction volume

    How this works

    Timesheet capture by Monday close
    98% target
    Invoice turnaround
    same day as approved time
    AR touch cadence
every invoice over 30 days, weekly
  • Bench sales support

Consultants marketed, primes worked, requirements matched and submissions tracked — on a US clock.

Per seat monthly, or per placement

    How this works

    Requirement response
inside the posting window, same business day
Marketing touches per consultant, per week
    agreed per desk
    Duplicate submissions
    zero — tracked and enforced

Questions

Working with us as your offshore partner

Will our clients know you exist?
Only if you tell them. We work in your ATS, under your brand, from your email domain where you want it. White-label is the default rather than an upgrade.
Who owns the candidates we source together?
You do. There is a non-circumvention clause in both directions, and we never market a candidate sourced for you to anyone else — including our own direct clients.
How fast can a desk start producing?
Shortlist of recruiters in 48 hours, interviews the same week, start within a fortnight. Full productivity on your accounts takes about three weeks, and the ramp is written into a scorecard we are measured against.
Can you cover US hours properly?
Yes. Our standard desk shift is 12:30–21:30 IST, which covers the US morning through early afternoon and the full UK day. Genuine overnight cover carries a shift premium shown separately in the quote.
Do you also supply engineers we can place?
Yes, and it is a different conversation to the desk services on this page. If you need technical talent to fulfil a client requirement rather than recruiters to find it, start with the roles we staff.

Start with one desk

Tell us the accounts, the requisition flow and the ATS you run. We shortlist recruiters within 48 hours and agree a scorecard before anyone starts, so the first month is measurable rather than hopeful.
