Bench sales support
Consultants marketed, primes worked, requirements matched and submissions tracked — on a US clock.
- Requirement response
- inside the posting window, same business day
- Marketing touches per consultant, per week
- agreed per desk
- Duplicate submissions
- zero — tracked and enforced
How it works
Bench sales is a volume discipline on a clock: requirements arrive, matching consultants have to be submitted quickly, and the same consultant cannot be double-submitted through two vendors to the same end client. It needs someone working while US requirements are being posted.
We run bench desks that market your consultants to vendors and primes, match against incoming requirements, manage right-to-represent paperwork, and keep a clean submission record so you do not burn a relationship through a duplicate submission.
Per-placement pricing is available where you would rather pay on outcome than on seat.
Choosing the right model
When another model fits better
If your bench is small or very senior, bench sales is the wrong motion — those consultants are placed through relationships, not volume outreach.
Questions
Bench sales support
- Do you use your own vendor list or ours?
- Yours first, because those relationships are the asset. We will build out coverage alongside it, and the list stays yours.
- How do you avoid double submissions?
- A single submission register per consultant with the end client recorded, checked before every submission. It is a discipline problem, not a tooling problem, and it is the fastest way to lose a prime relationship.
