Cancellation of Services

• Service Cancellation: You may cancel your service subscription or order by contacting us via email at hello@3.6.62.75 or calling us at 7087075218. Cancellations must be requested within the timeframe specified in the terms of your purchase or agreement.
• One-Time Purchases: For products or services that are delivered immediately (such as software, licenses, or consulting services), cancellations may not be possible once the service has been initiated or the product has been delivered.

Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds

• Refunds will only be provided for services or products that are eligible for cancellation, as per the terms agreed upon at the time of purchase. Refund eligibility is determined by the specific product or service purchased and will be processed based on the following conditions:
• If a service has not yet been initiated, a full refund may be issued.
• If a product is defective or not as described, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement.
• Non-Refundable Services: Certain services, such as customized digital solutions, consulting, or other time-bound services, are non-refundable once the project has commenced or the service has been delivered.

Refund Processing

• All refund requests must be made within 7 days of cancellation. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days of the cancellation approval and will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
• Partial Refunds: In cases where only a portion of the services has been rendered or used, partial refunds may be provided at the sole discretion of Skydream Digital Innovations (OPC) Pvt. Ltd.
